"Mindful Mornings for Children & Teens"

Our workshops are designed to introduce children and teens to the concepts of mindfulness and wellness through engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate activities. Based on Paul Wakefield's book "Mindful Mornings," the workshops are aimed to empower children with tools to start their day with positivity and focus, nurturing their mental, emotional, and physical health.

Workshops are for children aged 10-18 years of age.

Our workshops provide a balanced mix of learning, activity, and reflection, geared towards helping children incorporate mindfulness into their daily lives through fun and engaging ways.
